10. Refund and Service Interruption Policy
1. No Refund Policy for Digital Services All development, optimization, and consulting services provided by StepCod are considered digital services rendered upon delivery or activation. Refunds are strictly not possible once work has been delivered or services have commenced, regardless of usage, performance, or client satisfaction.
If you believe your case requires special consideration, please email us at legal@stepcod.com and include your invoice and confirmation of purchase. While refunds are generally not provided, we are open to reviewing exceptional situations on a case-by-case basis.
2. Service Interruptions for Maintenance or Technical Issues In the event that the website becomes temporarily unavailable due to updates, maintenance, or other technical disruptions, StepCod reserves the right to resolve such issues within a maximum period of 72 hours from the moment the disruption is identified.
Should the interruption exceed 72 hours, affected service periods may be extended accordingly, based on the actual duration of the outage beyond the 72-hour window. However, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
3. Cyberattacks and Force Majeure StepCod cannot be held liable for service interruptions, data loss, or damages caused by external cyberattacks (e.g., hacking, DDoS attacks) or any force majeure events. In such cases, no refund claims will be accepted.
If such an event causes a service disruption lasting longer than 72 hours, a service extension equal to the duration of the outage beyond the initial 72 hours may be granted at the sole discretion of StepCod, after the incident has been resolved and normal operations restored.
11. Privacy and Data Protection

12. Termination
